BABE! 2011 - Artist Demos

Each year BABE! showcases technique demonstrations throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday.

Many of the demonstrations such as “Viking Knit Basics ” which shows how to create this chain technique that has been done since antiquity with an updated 21st century tool - will interest any viewer – including bead husbands!

The demonstrations will be at the far left of the room – under the balloons! PA announcements will introduce each event.

	Learn to stamp on metal with the pros! Beaducation will teach you a variety of tip and tricks for making stamped metal jewelry including stamping letters in a straight line, stamping a clear impression every time and shaping, texturing and punching holes in blanks to make perfect pendants. 	Construction of the earrings from start to finish, utilizing jeweler's pliers, a steel block & chasing hammer, exquisite Czech glass beads & a few other materials.
